How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
What carriers do you use?
For domestic shipping, we use Australia Post, Sendle, Austrack with parcel post and express post.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders from Australia within 1-3 business days of orders being placed. Please check your tracking for the most accurate delivery estimate to your area from Australia Post. Some delivery delays through all carriers are to be expected especially around holiday times. Please contact us if you need any assistance with your parcel's tracking.
What if my order does not arrive or is damaged?
Please email hello@flummeskincare.com with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you.
What payment methods does Flumme accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty. Refunds on faulty products must be within 14 days.
Flumme is happy to replace or refund any products that are damaged in transit or on arrival. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please contact us and we'd be happy to help with your enquiry. customerservice@flummeskincare.com.au

Are Flumme products tested on animals?
No. All Flumme skincare are cruelty free, vegan and not tested on animals.
Where are Flumme products made?
Our skincare is developed and manufactured in Melbourne (Australia) with ingredients harvested from around the world.
Can I use Flumme products if I have an allergy?
Our products may contain natural plant, marine and mineral ingredients, so we recommend always checking our product ingredients lists to ensure that it is free of all ingredients that may aggravate your skin. If unsure or new to Flumme we always recommend a patch test before use.
Can I use Flumme products if I have sensitive skin?
All Flumme products are suitable for sensitive skin. Our skincare is free from harsh ingredients that may be irritating to sensitive skin however with any new product we always recommend patch test 24 hours prior to full use.
Do Flumme products contain preservatives or parabens?
Our products are 100% free from parabens and sulphates. Our skincare contains natural preservatives which are necessary for stabilising and protecting against the growth of bacteria.
What is the shelf life of Flumme products?
Once opened, we recommend using the product within 3 months. Unopened products have a shelf life of up to 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and below 30 degrees. Ensure the lid is tightly closed after using.

Here’s a breakdown of the key ingredients in our Sulfur Mask –
Kaolin: A type of clay that helps absorb excess oil and impurities from the skin, leaving it feeling clean and refreshed.
Sulfur: Known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, sulfur can help treat acne, reduce redness, and promote clearer skin.
Butylene Glycol: Often used as a solvent and conditioning agent, it helps enhance the texture of the product and can also have moisturizing properties.
Glycerin: A humectant that attracts moisture to the skin, helping to keep it hydrated and soft.
Magnesium Aluminium Silicate: A natural mineral derived from clay, it can help improve the texture of the mask.
Zinc Oxide: Provides broad-spectrum sun protection by reflecting and scattering UV rays. It also has soothing properties and can help calm irritated skin.
Bentonite: Another type of clay that helps absorb oil and impurities. It can also provide a tightening effect on the skin.
Xanthan Gum: A thickening and stabilizing agent often used to improve the texture and viscosity of skincare products.
Sodium Benzoate: A preservative that helps extend the shelf life of the product by preventing the growth of bacteria and fungi.
Aloe Barbadenis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice: Aloe vera is known for its soothing and hydrating properties, making it great for calming irritated skin.
Beta-glucan: moisturising and skin-soothing properties, helping to improve overall skin health and resilience.
Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): An antioxidant that helps protect the skin from free radicals and environmental damage.
Niacinamide: Also known as vitamin B3, it can help improve the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and fine lines.
